12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nexli is domiciled, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts, and you waive participation in class actions. Some regions may require different dispute terms; if so, those mandatory local terms will apply.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If we do, we’ll update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
